Bella Bread

Hi! If you order anything from Bella Bread, it was mixed, baked, packaged, and delivered by me, Bella. 
I started Bella Bread in November 2020 but I feel like my whole life has led to this chapter of this lovely gluten-free sourdough business. 
I have been baking since I was little.  Eventually, I got my own cookbooks and taught myself by learning from my mistakes and destroying my parents’ kitchen. I was and still am obsessed with feeding people, it is how I show love! 
After learning a lot about food and what works best for me and my *many dietary restrictions, I have sort of had to re-teach myself how to bake with all of the new ingredients that come with gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free baking. Once I felt like I had mastered that, I discovered a new challenge: gluten-free sourdough. 
Long story short, after I was making it for about a year, feeding it to loved ones, and eating it every day, I had someone I really look up to encourage me to share it with all of you!
Eating the way that I do makes me realize how difficult it is to find things for me to eat that actually taste good, satisfy me, and contain ingredients up to my standards. I don’t want cardboard bread and neither does anyone else. The reason I choose to share these loaves with you all is that I want to provide everyone with wholesome, real foods. To me, this means something that is made with ingredients that everyone can understand the origin of, is good for the animals and the planet is gluten-free, has no unnecessary gums or refined sugars, doesn’t make your tummy hurt, and tastes f*cking delicious.
