This bread was baked by Bella. This sourdough took her over a year to get to the delicious loaves she provides today, and they seem to get more scrumptious with each bake.

This is gluten-free, vegan, and naturally leavened sourdough. The loaf you receive will be crusty on the outside, moist, and hearty on the inside.

This bread is truly its own beautiful breed, so don’t expect it to be like any other bread (gluten-free or otherwise). This bread is oh so tasty and the slices are best toasted (twice!!) and finished with your favorite spreads and/or toppings.

  • My favorite way to serve is with avocado and kraut or kimchi

  • Makes lovely sandwiches

  • The most versatile of our offerings. It can be enjoyed with sweet or savory toppings.
